• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow, Remedy, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Leads SAP Go-Live activities, patching, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Owns customer onboarding, service handovers, and operational reviews.
• Orchestrates service delivery in alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
• Manages escalations, war rooms, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
• Provides executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Confidently handles critical and high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and autonomy.
